Start by connecting to yourself through a tapping grounding practice.

This gently moves you into the healing space. You’ll pick a focus for the session and start to lean into the feeling.

Rounds of tapping using different techniques based on your needs and what you’ve chosen to focus on.

Each round is personalized to you and puts your safety and healing first. No two sessions are the same – the beauty of having many techniques to choose from.

Close with a technique to help you transition smoothly into the rest of your day. This allows you to release any lingering feelings and offer yourself extra love and support before you leave the space.

Together, we’ll create ‘homework’ so you can continue tapping after you leave the space.

  • You will have 3 months to use all 6 sessions before they expire. You get to choose how often you tap with me so you have a session for when you really need it.

  • Tapping scripts are great for beginners looking to explore on a lighter level! Clinical EFT allows you to dig deeper and prioritizes your safety through it all. Our sessions use your words to make sure the session is truly focused on you. Sessions are structured to acknowledge where you currently are and different techniques are used to make sure it is what you need in that moment.

  • Nope! Tapping may seem like it’s focusing on the negative but it’s all about honesty. If you are feeling an emotion that creates a negative experience for you, being honest about how you feel will help you let go of it faster than pretending you feel better.

  • Sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled by providing 12-hour notice via email. Any sessions not cancelled 12 hours in advance will be charged full price.
