I’m Margaret (she/her), a Certified EFT Practitioner.

I love to help people quiet their inner critic, speak kindly to themselves, and find true self-acceptance.

Throughout my life, I’ve gone through cycles of feeling lost and disconnected from myself. Until one night, I discovered an EFT certification program. Something inside me said, “This is meant for me,” and all of me knew this was my path.

The program taught me clinical EFT, which I naturally integrated into my healing journey. EFT gave me the tools and space to lessen the severity of panic attacks, quiet my inner critic, and release stored trauma from my body. 

After years of struggling to speak kindly to myself and rewrite my beliefs, I found lasting progress through EFT. From this work, I knew I needed to help other people do the same.

One of my most profound experiences with tapping was finally releasing critical thoughts about my body and the sadness I carried in my chest. As I tapped on these thoughts and feelings, I felt a weight lift off me, and I could safely reflect on painful experiences in my teenage years. EFT gave me the space to revisit those memories and understand the root of my self-criticism, ultimately letting go of its hold on me. By the end of the session, my inner teenager felt accepted, and now I approach thoughts about my body and past experiences with kindness.

My EFT Practitioner Certification

To become an accredited EFT Practitioner I have:

  • Attended a Level 1/2 EFT Workshop

  • Taken and passed a test administered by EFT International™

  • Completed 50 sessions reviewed by an accredited EFT Trainer & Mentor

  • Completed 6 hours of 1:1 mentoring with my chosen accredited EFT Trainer & Mentor

And to keep my accreditation each year I:

  • Complete 30 hours of learning in relation to EFT and other areas that will help my clients

  • Complete 6 hours of mentoring with an accredited EFT Trainer & Mentor
